EVERY MODULE, ONE PIPELINE
Trakkables Flow is organized around four pipeline entities — Quote → Mockup → Proof, all rolling up into an Order — tied together by a workflow-automation engine, an email layer and a built-in CRM, wrapped in role-based access control.
The data model
HOW A JOB FITS TOGETHER
A single job bundles exactly one Quote, one Mockup and one Proof — each with its own configurable status board — and all three roll up into one Order that moves through production as a unit.
Quote
The pricing stage, from initial request through client acceptance or rejection.
Requested → Drafted → Sent → Accepted
Mockup
Visual design approval before a formal proof, with iteration tracking per round.
Requested → Sent → Revisions → Accepted
Proof
The client artwork-approval engine — the richest status set in the app.
Sent → Partial → Approved · Phone Call Needed

THE WORK BOARDS
Six live modules cover the day-to-day: an at-a-glance command centre, a board for each pipeline entity, and a deadline calendar.
Dashboard
The command centre. Orders against your plan limit, storage used, and live status counts for every pipeline in one Overview.

Orders — Work Board
The master pipeline. Each order is a family that can bundle a quote, mockup and proof and advances through production as a unit.
New → In Production → Ready → Shipped
Quotes
The pricing stage from request to acceptance. Cards show quote number, company, total and a validity flag.
Requested → Sent → Accepted / Rejected
Mock-up
The visual design-approval stage before a formal proof. Iteration tracking captures how many rounds a concept has taken.
Requested → Sent → Revisions → Accepted
Proofs
Where Flow started — the client approval engine, with partial approval and a Phone Call Needed escalation for unresponsive clients.
Sent → Partially Approved → Approved
Calendar
Proofs by due date in Month or List view, colour-coded by urgency, with drag-to-schedule and a Due Soon panel.
Overdue · Due today · Sent · Partial · Approved

Completed and retired records kept off the active boards but searchable and exportable — split into Proofs, Quotes and Mock-ups.

Creation flows
ONE WAY IN
Create Proof, Create Quote and Create Mock-up all open the same two-step slide-over — Details, then Link — so a job’s pieces are wired together from the start.
Details
Company, contact and the work itself — items, files with dimensions, due date, plus internal-only notes and assignees.
Link
Connect this record to its sibling Quote, Mockup and Order — link an existing one or spin up a new one in place.
Nothing empty ships
A proof needs a company, a contact email and at least one attached file before the wizard will advance to the client.
Creating a proof automatically creates an order and counts toward your monthly total — a job always holds exactly one Quote, one Mockup and one Order.
